Shipping Policy — Felvoire

We currently ship to the United States.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days from the date of shipment. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking link once your package is on its way.

Delays Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or high demand periods. These are outside our control, but we'll always keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at felvoire.support@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll investigate immediately.
