At Felvoire, every purchase is backed by our satisfaction commitment. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, email us at felvoire.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Final sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at felvoire.support@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review each case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
